An update from Melissa McMahon MP :

Works are certainly underway on Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road from Milne Street to Tallagandra Road. This project will see the road duplicated from 2 to 4 lanes as well as upgrading the existing footpaths to shared user paths.

• Improve traffic flow
• Safe active transport
• Reduce likelihood of crashes
• Improve flood immunity

Changed Pedestrian & Traffic Conditions:

During the construction period be wary of speed limit changes and reductions, intermittent lane closures and pedestrian diversion which may cause delays to your trip so ensure you allow for extra time if need be.
